If the owners of the property you are renting are Fripp Island Club members (a symbol indicates they are Club members), then they have paid the Fripp Island Club the required fee in order for you to purchase Fripp Island Club Amenity Cards. These cards will be needed for anyone over the age of 12 who wishes to use various amenities on the Island. All activities on our website marked with a symbol require an amenity card.

Amenity cards are issued to each property — not individuals. Therefore, if you decide to purchase cards, you only need to purchase as many cards as you plan to use at any amenity, at the same time. (For example: If 6 adult guests want to eat at a restaurant together, or go to the pool together, you will need 6 cards. If only 4 adults plan on going at any given time, you only need to purchase 4 cards).

The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards be purchased PRIOR to your arrival. In order to ensure your cards will be ready for your pick up (at the Club office in the center of the Island, next to the Beach Club), you must submit a Fripp Island Club Amenity Card Request form to the OWNER at least ONE MONTH prior to your arrival. You can download and print the Fripp Island Club Amenity Card Request form by clicking the button at the bottom of this page. Please fill out the Fripp Island Club Amenity Card Request form, enclose a check (made payable to the OWNER of the house) and return to OWNER’S address. The owners address can be found at the bottom of the property owner’s page. Typically speaking, you may return the form along with your second rental payment, which is also due prior to your arrival. When the second payment is due, depends on the OWNER, so make sure to check with them prior sending payments. In most cases, you may either include one check for the amenity cards and the balance of rent due, or separate checks. Again, check with the OWNER of the property you are renting if you have questions.

Please note that you may purchase cards for the week or weekend in the fall, winter and spring. In the summer, you may purchase them weekly or daily.

THE CLUB REQUIRES GUESTS TO PICK UP THEIR AMENITY CARDS ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL—THE OWNER, PROPERTY MANAGER, ETC., CANNOT DO THIS FOR YOU! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A GUEST, TO PICKUP YOUR OWN AMENITY CARDS!
