||Track all inquiries to your property. Since all inquiries are recorded, you have a complete list of all past guests. If your personal email system should ever go down and you are unable to receive inquiries about your vacation rentals, you don't have to worry about losing potential guests! Each inquiry that is sent via our site is logged and saved in our system so you always have complete access to your property inquiries by simply logging into your owner account.
|Offer and Agreement Generation
||Once an inquiry has been received, you can quickly and easily reply with fully executed rental agreements all customized to the guest and their stay. All costs are automatically calculated for you. Simply click the options you want to provide to the guest and the rental rates and costs are generated for you.

||Guests will be provided an online reservation page for each booked stay. From this page guests can view, print, and accept all rental agreements online. This completely eliminates the print, sign, and return process of the past. Instead, guests accept each agreement with the simple click of a button.
|Travel Insurance ||You can easily offer travel insurance to your guests. This insurance not only protects a guest's vacation investment, but also your rental income. You can offer travel insurance to guests by simply checking a single box on the offer page.
||The Rental Management System makes it very easy to accept online credit card or eCheck payments from guests. From their reservation page, guests can make rental payments, and purchase additional items like extra nights if available. The entire payment process is online and performed from secure pages. All rental income is collected by you and deposited directly into our escrow account. Our rental fee is simply deducted from the income at the time of payment.
||The check-in process is a breeze for guests and owners alike. Owners can easily send purchase requests for club guest cards and guest passes directly from the site. Once received and processed, these items will show as processed to both the owner and the guest. Guests will be able to view and print their check-in notice, complete with instructions regarding gate access, property access, check-in instructions, and check-out instructions. The check-in notice even includes detailed instructions on where to pick-up club guest cards. This process takes all of the guesswork out of checking in.
||Owners can process check-out items from the check-out page. If a deposit was received and there was damage to the property, owners can record deductions from the deposit and have the amount returned to the guest calculated for them. A check-out notice detailing the deposit and any deductions can then be sent to the guest.
||All rental income is calculated and recorded for each owner and guest stay. Additionally, all club guest cards purchased, guest passes sent, and insurance products purchased (travel protection) are recorded in the accounting area. Owners can view and print rental income received for any custom date range. Our Rental Income page even calculates the taxable income needed for monthly reporting.
|Vendor Portal (NEW)
||Our new Vendor Portal allows local vendors to create an account on our website. This allows owners to select a vendor for any needed service, such as cleaning. Cleanings can be scheduled with owners being notified once completed. Cleaning invoices can be created by the vendor and paid for by the owner/manager, all online.
