Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major Credit Cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
Elevator Note: It may NOT accommodate a wheelchair @ 33 inches wide x 41 inches deep. Load capacity is 700 lbs. The presence of the elevator does not suggest this property is handicap accessible or ADA compliant. It will be provided on an as needed basis only.
Beach Access: Generally speaking there is no beach near the property. Depending on tides a small beach may appear at very low tide. To access the Fripp Island beach, simply hop on the provided golf cart and head south until you reach Dolphin Road. There are many beach access points off of south Dolphin and adjacent roads.

My family just completed a relaxing week at this awesome property. The property is very clean and you feel like you are in a home and not just a normal rental. The ocean views are spectacular and having coffee on the screened deck is something you have to experience. We are already talking about coming back next year for another week.
