New flat screen TVs in all rooms. Two golf carts (1 electric, 1 gasoline) included free of charge with all stays.
We have the most awesome panoramic view of Blue Heron Lake, the Marsh, Lagoon and Fripp ocean inlet from our wraparound deck. I never tire of observing the wildlife around our home. The Great Blue Heron roosting within 20’ from the deck, snowy white egrets fishing on the lake, deer walking through the marsh, and ducks paddling in the lagoon. Breathtaking sunsets and endless photo opportunities! Just a very short walk or drive to the beach, golf courses, tennis club and pools.
Our large 4BR (4th loft BR) custom designed house was designed to include two connected octagonal Pods (EyePods). The large Master Bedroom is located in the second Pod with a King sized bed and a 32” flat screenTV . The Master Bathroom is to die for! Not only did we install a Jacuzzi tub, but an unforgettable walk-in body spa that is hard to leave once you walk in. This Pod also has a very comfortable Guest Bedroom with a Queen sized bed, full bath and 26" flat screen TV. The utility room is also in the Second Pod. The washer and dryer are located here. In the first Pod, there is a 600 SF Loft with two Queen sized fold-out couches and a half bath. The Loft also has a 20” TV with DVD/VCR mounted on the wall. There is another Guest Bedroom with a Queen sized bed, full bathroom and a 26" flat screen TV.
Wait until you see the Great Room. Windows are everywhere, with a 23’ high ceiling. Totally awesome. If you need to kick back and have a lazy evening, there is a 42” flat screen HDTV with Cable/DVD and Hi-speed wireless broadband access available.
The first Pod also houses a spacious and well equipped state of the art kitchen. If you love seafood, try out the steamer for succulent shrimp and crab legs. There is also a remarkable double door sub-zero freezer and refrigerator. We never have to worry about filling the cooler with ice, because one of the two ice makers will put out 20# of ice per day for that hot trip to the beach.
Another half bath is conveniently located near the wrap-around deck.

Rates do not include state/county accommodations tax.
Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. A $45 booking/administration fee may be charged for property setup.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major Credit Cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
Fripp Island Club Guest Cards are available. Guests may purchase club cards for a modest fee. [$50.00 per person per week in season and $35.00 per person per week off season; daily and weekend rates are also available]. Cards are not required for kids age 12 and under.
We have a very strict NO PETS policy.

Two families visited for spring break for our daughters senior year. Had a blast, the house is amazing and so "user friendly". I particularly enjoyed a special relationship I developed with one of the many deer who roamed the yard in the morning. "Bruce" would always let me feed him his first meal of the day!! We hope to return soon.

This house is amazing! We were immediately welcomed by the open, airy feel. We loved all the light that poured into the main living areas. The master shower was very enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable. We slept very well. The kitchen was very well appointed. We didn't lack for anything. The kids looked forward to "their" deer coming every day. We look forward to a second visit.

My friends and I had a delightful time! The house is amazing and beautifully furnished. We loved the variety of gorgeous scenery all around, feeding our 'deer' friends, golf cart trips around the island, lovely view and dinner at the Boathouse, shopping and dinner in Beaufort and great walks on the beach.
We could each do our own thing and also visit in a fabulous setting. Thank you so much!

The local cuisine is delightful! Clamming, shrimping, and crabbing at its best! The local market brings in fresh seafood daily! Awesome views, wildlife abundant! Exploring Fripp was the amazing! Thank you for allowing others to experience luxury like this!
