This 2 bedroom, 2 bath tennis villa is ideally located directly across the street from the Beach, Beach Club, Food Court and swimming pools. A private deck provides beautiful marsh views with gorgeous sunsets. The entire island is a wild life sanctuary with herons, egrets, pelicans, and deer. Due to its central location, all areas of the island are quickly accessible.
The first floor guest bedroom has two twin beds. In addition to a full bath, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen, there is also a living room that looks out over the deck and marsh with a sleeper sofa. A TV and DVD player are also located in the living room. A spiral staircase connects the first floor to the second. The upstairs loft master bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a full bath, large closet, and dresser. This is a non-smoking villa. Also, no pets are allowed. Our villa is professionally managed and cleaned by FrippVacation.
This villa is in excellent condition, fully furnished, and supplied with everything needed for an enjoyable beach vacation.

Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. A $45 booking/administration fee may be charged for property setup.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major Credit Cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
