Other Fees
Rates do not include accommodations state/county tax. Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. A $45 booking/administration fee may be charged for property setup. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Payment Methods
All major Credit Cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
