One of the few TRUE oceanfront villas on Fripp, our property is located steps from the island's best beach, and is convenient to many island amenities. Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the patio as you enjoy the peaceful sights and sounds of the Atlantic ocean, right outside your door. Enjoy spectacular ocean front views from the kitchen and living area and master bedroom.
Our villa has recently been remodeled and provides guests with all the comforts of home. There is a full kitchen, laundry, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath on ground level. Upstairs are a master bedroom with king sized bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds and two full baths. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa. As our guest, you have complimentary access to the swimming pool used only by the residents of our condo association, as well as the option to purchase access to the amenities offered by Fripp Island Resort.

Rates do not include state/county accommodations tax.
Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. A $45 booking/administration fee may be charged for property setup.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major Credit Cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
Fripp Island Club cards are available for purchase.

Very comfortable condo located oceanfront on the best beach on Fripp Island. Loved waking up, sitting on the patio and drinking my coffee while listening to the sounds of the ocean. I was surprised to find Boogie Boards, a closet full of sand toys and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back!

We were happily surprised to find the condo actually WAS right on the beach. There is truth in advertising on the internet! Amazing weather – we loved every minute of hanging out on the patio and looking at the awesome beach (not to mention walking it, too.) What a great spot.
