11 Periwinkle feels like a home away from home. This very well maintained 2 bedroom/ 2 bath townhouse is erfectly located in the center of Fripp Island, near everything. 11 Periwinkle Court is in a very quiet, peaceful part of Fripp Island with lots of deer and birds adding to the natural setting.
Kitchen has granite countertops and new appliances. HUGE deck overlooking the marsh with a gas grill and outdoor dining perfect for entertaining. Large family room has big screen TV with DVD player and sound system. The home also has WIFI for internet access. Sleeps 4 comfortably.
The price includes 2 club guest cards for the Fripp Island Resort (weekly stays only). Additional club guest cards can be purchased through the owner's Fripp Island Club membership for $35 each per week ($50 per week during peak season). Two adult bicycles are provided to tour the island. The owner's 4-seat golf cart is also included in the price of the rental.

Rates do not include state/county accommodations tax.
Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. A $45 booking/administration fee may be charged for property setup.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
2 club guest cards are included in all weekly stays. Additional cards may be purchased.

My wife and I have stayed at this house a few times and hope to go back this summer. The house is located near the center of the island, so it's close to everything. We love the view from the deck looking over the marsh. The house is always clean and the renovated kitchen is nice.
Fripp has the most beautiful beach we have seen on the Atlantic coast. The community is quiet and secluded, so it's the perfect getaway. The amenity cards are a nice plus since they allow you to play on the two golf courses and to visit the pools. I highly recommend!
