This home offers guests the opportunity to purchase "club cards" entitling guests to full access to all amenities on Fripp Island. No cards are needed for children 12 and under. Amenities for card holders include 2 wonderful golf courses (reduced greens fees), 10 tennis courts (court fees apply), several restaurants, bike and boat rentals, several Resort pools (no fees) including an Olympic swimming pool, an adult pool with a beach bar and live music, and the "Cabana Club" which is most popular with children and families.

Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. A $45 booking/administration fee may be charged for property setup.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed rental agreement are received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
