Built in 2008, the "Beach Nest" is a beautiful new beach house in pristine condition. It is comfortable, cozy, and bright. The 3600 sq foot home was designed for ease of use and access to all the wonderful amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. We are on the 2nd row located on the ocean side of Marlin Drive (please see map for further details). The house is directly on the best beach access to the widest and most beautiful uncrowded stretch of beach on the island. Come see for yourself!
The Beach Nest is a wonderful place to come and relax, play, enjoy friends and family, ride bikes, play golf, and experience nature on this beautiful barrier island.
The home has two large back porches and one front porch on which you can lounge, enjoy the scenery, take in the wildlife, or just listen to the ocean. Pelicans, sea gulls, deer, osprey, and assorted other birds including wood storks are regularly seen from the porches.
The reverse floor plan is extremely livable and family friendly. The house has space and privacy for everyone with 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms.
On the top floor, there is a large master bedroom with a king sized bed and large master bath. There is direct access to the top level porch from the master bedroom. Also on this floor is a bunk room with 4 bunks and a full bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen is on the top floor and flows into the dining area and family room. It has a range, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, disposal, blender, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A unique architectural feature of the family room is an octagonal shaped elevated ceiling giving the room a lighthouse feel.
The second or middle floor has 4 bedrooms (one with 2 twins and a full bath, one with 2 queens and a full bath, a second master with a king bed and full bath, and another bunk room with 4 bunks). In the center of the 2nd floor is a den with a pingpong table, flat screen TV and small refrigerator.
The house is directly on Fripp Island Property Owners Association beach access number The Beach Club, the Marina, the Ocean Point Golf Course, the Ocean Creek Golf Course, tennis courts, fishing pier, playground, and multiple swimming pools are all a shourt bike ride or golf cart ride away. Enjoy seeing wildlife and the amazing landscape of this special barrier island from the white sandy beach, to the expansive marshes, to the spectacular golf courses, to the winding bike paths.

Rates do not include accommodations state/county tax.
Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. A $45 booking/administration fee may be charged for property setup.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
There is a strict no pet policy.
