Property Listing
Our primary membership is our Property Listing Membership. With this membership you pay a single annual (12 month or 24 month) fee to list your property on our website. In order to make it easy for you to test-drive our website, you can list your property FOR FREE FOR 90 DAYS. Anytime during the 90 day period you can pay your annual membership fee and join our website. If after 90 days you decide not to join our website, then your listing will automatically expire with no questions asked. There is no up-front fee. This membership is designed to provide maximum exposure for your Fripp Island rental property. This is essentially a Do-It-YourSelf (DIYS) membership with you handling your own rental and property management.

And that's not all! If during the 90 day period a booking is received, we then ask for a payment. Regardless of when in the 90 day period your first booking is received, the start date for the your membership begins at the end of the 90 day period. Basically, we're giving first time listings a 15 month membership since the first 3 months are free. If no payment is received within the 90 day period, then your property listing automatically expires. After you've paid your initial subscription, all future payments are due 30 days before your expiration date. The free 3 month listing period only applies to the initial listing of your property.

Property Rate Management Create and setup up an unlimited number of property rate categories. You can add, change or delete your rates at any time.
Property Photos You can upload your 22 property photos. You can add, change, or delete photos at anytime, therefore keeping your photos new and dynamic in nature.
Property Availability Calendar Set your own property availability calendar. Your property availability calendar is an integral part of this site and allows guests to quickly determine if your property is available at a particular time. This also prevents you from receiving unnecessary inquiries for times for which your property is already booked.
Property Guestbook Your guests can quickly and easily enter testimonials for your property using our built-in guestbook. As the owner you have the ability to screen each testimonial and accept it before it is presented with your property page.
