This home is professionally decorated and includes upgraded finishes and all new furnishings.
Directly across the street from the ocean (approximately a one minute walk) and on the Fripp canal (with a new dock), this home is ideally located and has exquisite long range views. All the other island activities: such as the Veranda Beach Club, Tennis Center, Marina and Golf Courses are all a very short bicycle or golf cart ride away.
The entire house is open and airy and was built to take advantage of the view over the canal. The Family Room has a high vaulted ceiling. Immediately adjacent to the Family Room and Dining Area is a large Screen Porch (260 sq. ft.) and large Open Deck (500 sq. ft.) with exquisite views across the canal and marsh. The kitchen has lots of counter space and a separate breakfast table area. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed; the 2nd bedroom a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom, a queen size bed as well as one twin bed. The couch is a queen size sleeper couch.
Below the house is an enclosed storage and recreation room with a ping pong table. A four seat golf cart, adult bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, sand castle toys and other amenities are also included.
Fripp Island, a private 3,000-acre community, is located just 17 miles east of historic Beaufort, South Carolina on the coast near Savannah, Charleston and Hilton Head. Fripp Island is a great place to get away from it all. Fripp boast of cool sea breezes, moonlit beaches, two golf courses with ratings of 4.5 STAR and 4.0 STAR, a tennis complex, a full-service marina with boat launch to some of the most amazing marshes in South Carolina. As club members of Fripp Island Resort, our guests can purchase amenity passes to the resort for you to enjoy.
A new dock on the Fripp canal. A four-passenger electric golf cart is provided free of charge, a $300 value during prime/summer season. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, sand castle toys, charcoal barbeque, etc. are also included. Fripp resort amenity cards are available. Guests may purchase amenity cards at a modest charge ($50 per person per week in season and $35 per person per week off season; daily and weekend rates are also available). Cards are not required for children age 12 and under.

Rates do not include a 11% state/county tax and a 1% island fee. Individual owners/property managers may have additional fees such as cleaning or booking. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel with less than a 60 day notice, no refund unless the house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent.
