With extensive decking and patios you can really enjoy the great outdoors at The Fripp Side. The enormous screened porch is accessed through the great room. The open first level decking is accessed from either of the two first floor ocean-front bedrooms (each features a queen bed). The second floor deck is accessed through the mastersuite sitting room or master bedroom. And the third story look out is accessed from the second floor deck and offers a truly panaramic island view. If all that is not enough enjoy the covered concrete patio under the screened porch.
The dining area seats 10 at the table. The family room area has not one but two sofas in addition to overstuffed chairs as well as access to the screened porch and spectacular views of the Atlantic! Dining area in the screened porch seats eight.
The great room has a soaring cathedral ceiling and hardwood floors and SWEEPING ocean views. There is plenty of seating for everyone and a fireplace for those cozy winter holiday get-togethers. From here you have access to the oversized screened porch.
The master suite is breathtaking and complete with a king sized bed, private deck, wet bar, sitting room and over-sized jacuzzi bath, separate shower, double vanities. The Master suite is now home to the new laundry room--tucked away in an oversized closet. From the Master Suite you have access to the private third story observation deck which provides unbelievable, unobstructed views.
One of two first floor bedrooms features a queen bed and deck and ocean access. Open the patio door and step right out onto the deck, just steps from the private beach access. The second first floor bedroom also features a Queen size bed and direct deck and beach acces. The two bedrooms share a full bath.

Rates do not include a 11% state/county tax and a 1% island fee. Individual owners/property managers may have additional fees such as cleaning or booking. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
50% (of rent and applicable sales tax) is due at the time of the booking to hold the reservation. Remaining balance (and additional $300 security deposit) is due no later than 60 days prior to date of check in for most reservations. Reservations are not binding until 50% down payment is received. For extended reservations (longer than 7 nights) payment in full is due 90 days prior to check in date.

Cancellation and Refunds
Up to 90 days prior to check-in reservations may be canceled (with written notice) and down payment refunded--minus a $150.00 processing fee. After 90 days prior to check-in refund is only given if we are able to re-book the property at the original rate. For extended reservations (longer than 7 nights) it is 120 days.
