The Bikini Bottom, at 354 Tarpon Blvd., features 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths.
This home just received a new upscale kitchen March of 2018. Beautiful cherry cabinets and granite counters. New carpet throughout March of 2018 as well. All other aspects of the home were updated prior to the 2017 season.
Bikini Bottom is just steps from the best beach area on the island. This home boasts a large screen HDTV with DVD in the main living room as well as a second living area furnished with its own TV, DVD, microwave, refrigerator and foosball table--perfect for teenagers. There is a king master suite, a Queen, 6 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa, this house comfortably sleeps 12.
The brand new upscale, modern kitchen at Bikini Bottom with granite counters and center ilsand open to both the dining room and the living area. Bright and airy with a skylight!
The open living and dining area are highlighted by a soaring timber-beamed cathedral ceiling. The living areas have hardwood floors and the bedrooms are carpeted.
The master bedroom features a king bed and private, ensuite bath.
The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third Bedroom has two twin beds. These two main floor guest bedrooms share a full hall bath.
Located on the lower level, the fourth bedroom has not one but TWO SETS of bunk beds!
The second living area on lower level boasts its own TV, DVD, Microwave, mini fridge and a foosball table. There is also a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2.
We have a Pack and Play for infants, please provide your own linens for this.
Fripp Island Resort cards are available for an extra fee. We have an arrangement with a local compnay to provide golf cart rentals to our guests at a discounted rate.

Rates do not include a 11% state/county tax and a 1% island fee. Individual owners/property managers may have additional fees such as cleaning or booking. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
50% (of rent and applicable sales tax) is due at the time of booking to hold the reservation. Remaining balance (and additional $300 security deposit) is due no later than 60 days prior to date of check in for most reservations. Reservations are not binding until 50% down payment is received. For stays of longer than 7 days balance is due 90 days prior to check in date.

Cancellation and Refunds
Up to 90 days prior to check-in reservations maybe cancelled (with written notice) and down payment refunded--minus a $150.00 processing fee. After 90 days prior to check-in refund is given only if able to re-book at original rate.
