Sunsuite #520 is a 325 sq ft home away from home oceanview rental property! You are literally steps to the beach, adult pool, family pool, beachbar and food court! (starbucks available @ the food court). This location is one of the best on the island. This unit sleeps 2-4 comfortably.
The laundry room is located on the 2nd floor, just a few steps from the units front door (just in case of a laundry emergency). Don't forget your quarters! Have a BEACHY vacation and let me know if I can assist you with any other information /?'s you may have.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!!!!!!!!! No Smoking!!!!!! NO BEACH CHAIRS INSIDE THE SUNSUITE!!!!
Why do I need and What is an Amenity Card? Fripp is a private Island for owners and their guests!!! Every owner has homeowner dues,but there is an extra fee that some homeowners pay to the Fripp Company that allows their guests/renters to enjoy all that Fripp has to offer!! That includes use of all swimming pools, bars, restaurants, boating, and golf facilities! The fee charged to renters by each owner goes directly to the Fripp Company.
I do offer the Amenity Card to my renters! Everyone 13 yrs. and older needs a card to use Fripp facilities.
That being said, there is alot to do without the card. The Marina Store on Fripp does not require the Amenity Card! They have great sandwiches, served 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. They also sell milk, beer, water, ice cream, and fishing supplies(critters) etc. Spending the day on the beautiful beach is free!! Resting in your room is great! Springtide market sells a limited variety of groceries, beer, wine and sandwiches. There are several delicious restaurants just off the Island such as JohnsonCreek Tavern, Shrimp Shack and Foolish Frog.The Gay Fish Co. sells great fresh Seafood just a 10 minute drive off the Island. Bring it home and cook a delightful meal.
