This ocean front property is one of the few on Fripp Island that offers 24/ 7 beach and ocean access. There are Fantastic ocean front views from 3 bedrooms, kitchen, family room, and spacious decks. Open floor plan.Many similiar properties have several hundred feet of sand dunes to cross or lose the beach several hours a aday during high tide. This renovated home on quiet and prestigious tarpon Blvd. sleeps 16 people in the 5 bedrooms, each with its own attached full bath. The house was completely remodelled, inside and out, in 2013-2014. The kitchen is perhaps the largest on Fripp with every granite countertops, a 30 cubic foot refrigerator, a separate appliance you may desire. There is a second side by side refrigerator with ice maker in the room off the car port under the home. The 5 full bathrooms have all been upgraded in 2019. All bedrooms are carpeted, with hardwood throughout the living and dining area.
Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms on the main level, 2 oceanfront, one with a king bed, and one with 2 queen beds and 2 additional bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room. All bedding is new and delightfully appealing. The 5th bed room is a king suite upstairs with it own deck and fabulous ocean views. All bed rooms have large, flat screen TVs. The linens are 450 thread count to help assure a restful night after a day of being on the beach, golfing, tennis, sightseeing or simply "getting away from it all".
<> Fripp Island is a 3,000-acre barrier island off the coast of South Carolina, gets its name from swashbuckling English Captain Johannes Fripp. Legend has it that pirates, including Captain Fripp, used the island as a secluded hideaway. Located 19 miles east of Beaufort, Fripp Island consists of a three and a half miles beach and wildlife sanctuary.
Our island has several pool complexes, including an Olympic pool, 3 pool complexes that are ocean front and one with waterfalls. There are clay and asphalt tennis courts, restaurants, the 2 championship golf courses and a small fitness center. Guest cards are required for acceess to these facilities and rentals from the resort although there are two places you may purchase meals without guest cards.
The most seaward of the beautiful barrier islands of South Carolina, Fripp Island is 3000 acres of natural beauty. Designated as a Wildlife Sanctuary, more than 175 species of birds live along the ocean and Great Salt Marsh. Any given day you can spot majestic brown pelicans flying in formation or great blue herons, snowy white egrets and wood storks stalking their next meal. Among the native wildlife you’ll find raccoons, alligator and an abundance of deer, more than 250 at last count. The deer captivate young and old alike and will literally pose next to you for photographs. There are Egret and Eagle nests.
The ocean abounds in bass, trout, flounder, grouper and blue crabs. Dolphins play in the waters surrounding Fripp Island. Even the endangered loggerhead turtle makes the island a nesting ground laying as many as 125 eggs in one nest. The forests here are covered with live oaks, palmettos, pines, flowering magnolias and oleanders. The beauty of Fripp Island has been immortalized in scenes from Forrest Gump, The Prince of Tides and The Jungle Book.

In May 2013, Fripp became the fourth community in South Carolina and only the 68th in the country certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a “Community Wildlife Habitat.” This national recognition confirms what our visitors and residents already know: Naturally Fripp is unmatched as a recreation and vacation destination.
Fripp Island Club cards may be purchased. Fripp Island Club Cards are required for each guest 13 years or older when accessing a Fripp Island Club amenity. The cards are $50 / week, $35/ 4 days in "season". $35/ $25 off season. Children 12 and under do not need a card, but must be accompanied by an adult with a Club card. The cards are generic and may be shared. Off season use of the cards may be quite limited with pools closed in Fall and access to restaurants limited.

$2,000.00 deposit and executed agreement are required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. I will hold your tentative reservation for 3-4 business days after e-mailing rental agreement. PayPal and direct bank deposit (Regions Bank) available; ask of info. Security deposit is refunded within 3 days of departure provided terms of rental agreement are complied with fully.

Cancellation and Refunds
FULL REFUND IF TRAVEL PROHIBITED If canceled, in writing, not less than 6 weeks in advance of arrival Owner shall retain 50% of any advanced rental. Cancellation within 42 days of arrival forfeits any advanced rent.. Owner will attempt to lease the premises for the contract period. To the extent loss of is avoided Owner will refund the balance of advance rental less a $200.00 rebooking fee. If a mandatory evacuation pro-rate credit will be given from the evacuation date. New rates may apply.
