One of a handful of oceanfront villas on Fripp, this property is located mid-island only steps from the island's best beach as well as immediately adjacent to many mid-island Resort amenities.
With 2-bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms and a sofa sleeper this 2-level townhouse unit can accommodate up to six people. In addition entrance to the unit is gained at the parking lot level…no stairs to climb bringing in the luggage and groceries!
Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the outdoor patio as you enjoy the peaceful sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy oceanfront views from the kitchen and living areas as well as the master bedroom.
The villa is immediately adjacent to all mid-island Resort amenities including the Beach Club, Sand Bar and Adult Pool, Ocean View Lounge, Food Court, Olympic Pool for adults and children, Fitness Center, Fripp Ship souvenir store as well as the Tennis Center across the street.
The villa has been recently remodeled and provides guests with all the comforts of home.
The lower level features a well-equipped full kitchen, dining area, living room, half-bath, and laundry on ground level. The upper level features a master bedroom and bath with queen bed as well a guest bedroom with two twin beds and guest bath. The living room offers full sleeper sofa.
As our guest you have full access to the Captain John Fripp Villas private swimming pool available to only villa owners and their guests as well as the opportunity purchase Amenity Cards allowing access to all island amenities offered by the Resort.
Other notable amenities include flat-screen TVs in Living Area and Bedrooms, DVD player in Living Area, 4 beach-cruiser bicycles, outdoor grill and and…of course…the oceanfront location!

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
