22 Fiddler's Point

Our raised 2 story home is available for rent which is perfect for families, weekend get always, and golf trips. We are in the Fiddler's Ridge area nestled in the front of the island offering a quiet location for relaxing family memories to be made. Everything on the island can be accessed by a short 5-10-minute golf cart ride.

There are three and a half miles of uncrowded beaches, stunning sunrises and sunsets, two championship golf courses, an Audubon nature trail, tennis courts, swimming pools, restaurants, bars, fishing spots, and a marina with boat storage, kayaking, and fishing supplies. This precious gem, Fripp Island is a wildlife sanctuary, which boasts breathtaking views of the local animals and reptiles.

Guest club cards are required for access to all resort amenities including golf and tennis, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest club cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis. Guest club cards need to be purchased separately and can be assisted in the purchase. They are required for everyone over age 12.

This is our home and we ask that you respect it and us, we have a few very simple rules: Please treat our home and furnishings as you would your own, we know accidents happen but please let us know so damage or broken items can be taken care of before our next guests arrive so each family can have a wonderful experience at our home and on Fripp Island.

Sorry but we do not accept pets and do not allow smoking in or on our property. We along with our Property Mamager check on our home frequently but nobody will enter during your visit unless there is a probem that must be dealt with immediately like a backed up drain. Please call the maintenance number if you need assistance with anything.

If pets, or evidence of smoking is found, security deposit will immediately be forfeited and you may face immediate eviction.

The kitchen has a large open floor plan the flows into the dinning room creating plenty of space for family gatherings. With a well-stocked kitchen, preparing and serving meals will be a delight for the cook. The appliances are all stainless steel and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, oven, and microwave. There are also countertop appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, toaster-oven, and can opener. In the back of the kitchen is a large pantry for storage and a side room with an overhead washer and dryer.

There are rocking chairs on the front porch which boasts an excellent place for a morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. There is a year-round Carolina room that is climate controlled, brings the outdoors inside with floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides. Off the Carolina room is a spacious deck with a large family size picnic table, bench, and gas grill.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the first floor with private bathroom including a Jacuzzi tub. The living room has a warm nautical welcoming feel when entering the home while accommodating a sleeper sofa. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor with queen size beds and one has a bonus room for younger children to be close yet allow parents or older siblings their privacy. Each bedroom has a television and wireless internet throughout the home. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 plus children). Bed linens are included along with bath towels.

We do not include beach towels, please bring your own from home or can be purchased at the Fripp Ship or Mangos. Other inclusions are a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water located under the back deck. A golf cart is included with in season rentals of 7 nights or more.

Other Fees
Rates Do not include 10% state/county/local tax (2% South Carolina Accommodations, 5% Beaufort County Dales, 3% Beaufort County Accommodations.) Additional $100.00 cleaning fee added for non-weekly rentals.

Confirmation Deposit
Deposit is 50% of total rental plus security deposit of $250.00 along with a signed rental agreement is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. .No reservation is confirmed until the deposit. security and Rental Agreement is received. Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout provided the home is left is satisfactory condition.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented, a 10% processing fee will be assessed. In the event of a mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other emergency, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent.
