258 Deer Run Lane is a scenic two story, three bedroom home with an additional sleeping area in loft area upstairs. Located in the north end of Fripp Island in a quiet community just a short walk to the pool or playground; this home has enough sleeping space for 8 and is the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoy the surrounding nature while sitting in the living room and marveling at the pond and marsh views in the back yard. Cook your favorite meals in this well-appointed kitchen or on the outside charcoal grill while you unwind on the downstairs patio which includes a porch swing.

A golf cart may be rented on the island. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Fripp Island guest club cards may be purchased. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Rates do not include a 11% state/county tax and a 1% island fee. Individual owners/property managers may have additional fees such as cleaning or booking. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
