375 Tarpon Boulevard is a gorgeous house located midisland on the canal and directly across the street from beach access #20. There are six bedrooms and six bathrooms. It comfortably accommodates up to 16 people and is perfect for multifamily gatherings.

The location is absolutely perfect. No need to drive to the beach, just gather your beach items and take a short walk to the beach. When you return home, take a cool dip in the private saltwater pool with timed waterfall feature and Pentair color changing underwater light for fun night time swimming.

This well-maintained home has too many conveniences and amenities to detail. It has a reverse floor plan with the kitchen, large open concept living / dining areas and adjacent Carolina room upstairs surrounded by walls of windows and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that yield an open to the outdoors light filled setting.

The kitchen is well appointed with more than ample flatware, dishes, glassware, pots & pans and utensils. Take notice of the unique beach inspired custom Vetrostone countertops, a type of large crystal quartz that incorporates oyster shells, green sea glass, blue glass and mirror fragments. The main Samsung French door refrigerator has two ice makers and door service.

In the living area, there is a wet bar with mini-fridge and ice machine. Large open and screened porches with outdoor dining table and new plush lounge seating group invite you to enjoy the outdoors with canal and undeveloped maritime forest views. A Weber gas grill is located on the upstairs rear porch for convenience to the main kitchen.

Two bedrooms are located upstairs. One is the master bedroom with king bed and walk-in spa shower. The other has twin over queen custom built in bunks and a full bath with shared access to the common areas.

Downstairs there is a wide central hallway with breakfast kitchen at the rear which is fully equipped with sink, dishwasher, mini-fridge, ice machine, microwave oven, Cuisinart toaster oven and coffee maker. There is an adjacent large dining table and sitting room with TV. From the sitting room, access a screened porch with bistro dining set overlooking the saltwater pool, canal and forest where many bird species, deer and other wildlife reside. On the opposite side, there is an open porch with access down to the fenced private pool deck or back yard along the canal. Also along the hallway, there is a large laundry closet with deep sink and two pairs of new Samsung front load washers & steam dryers.

Off the hallway are four bedrooms, two on each side and each with private full bathrooms. There are two queen rooms, one with an additional trundle daybed and walk-in spa shower. There is a third room with side by side twin beds and a fourth room with twin over queen custom built in bunks.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Four of the six bedrooms have televisions; only the downstairs twin and bunk rooms do not. There is DirecTV satellite service and CenturyLink high speed wifi internet with password protection. There are additional flat screen TVs in the upstairs living area and in the downstairs sitting room. All TVs have their own receivers with remote, and the main living area receiver as well as the master bedroom and one additional bedroom have DVR capability. 

Two Weber charcoal grills are available in the garage on ground level for outdoor / poolside grilling. A private enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water for up to three people as well as a foot shower are located on ground level poolside. A new and clean full sized refrigerator / freezer is located on garage level for added food storage.

A golf cart may be rented. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use a golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!

Fripp Island club cards may be purchased. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including tennis and golf courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.


Ideal mid-island location directly on the Fripp canal and 3rd row from the beach via access #20 or highly popular access #21. Front yard direct access to the island path offers safe walking, jogging or biking. Take a short walk to the Beach Club, Racquet Club or just a bit farther to the Marina along the paved path.

Other Fees
Rates do not include a 11% state/county tax and a 1% island fee. Individual owners/property managers may have additional fees such as cleaning or booking. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
